1. Service Object

Findaclassmate is an advanced B2B networking platform and database for human resource management. We facilitate the identification of top talent, organization of expert portfolios, and optimization of qualified personnel acquisition flows for multinational corporations in the industrial sector.

Access to the platform is exclusively based on a registered account, and using the services implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. User Rights and Obligations

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update the data whenever changes occur.

• They are not allowed to upload false, misleading content, or content that infringes on third-party rights.
• Using the platform for recruitment outside its stated purpose (acquisition of qualified industrial personnel) is prohibited.
• The account is personal and non-transferable; the user is responsible for any activity carried out under their account.

In case of violation of these obligations, Findaclassmate reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the account without prior notice.

3. Platform Rights and Obligations

Findaclassmate undertakes to maintain the platform's functionality at a reasonable level, with scheduled maintenance interruptions announced 48 hours in advance.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of technical errors.
• We reserve the right to modify the platform's functionalities, with 30 days prior notice.
• User data is stored and processed according to the Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

Findaclassmate is not liable for:

• Employment decisions made based on information from the platform;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused by using the service;
• Content uploaded by users that violates applicable law.

Findaclassmate's total liability for any direct damages is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.

5. Conditions for Termination of Use

The user may terminate the use of the platform at any time by deleting their account from the settings. Findaclassmate may unilaterally terminate the contract in case of a serious breach of conditions, with written notification via email.

After termination, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except for data necessary for legal obligations (e.g., invoices).

6. Modification of Terms

Findaclassmate may update these terms at any time. Users are informed via email 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes tacit acceptance.

If you do not agree with the new terms, you may cease use before the effective date.
